Job Summary

A commercial real estate advisory firm has an open position for a Telecommute Lease Administration Technology Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as the principal point of communication
  • Serving as designated “super user” of various technology
  • Supporting the resolution of operational issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Willingness for limited travel
  • Experience in Lease Harbor, CoStar and Prolease
  • Commercial Real Estate experience
  • 5 years of direct lease administration, client-facing technology work in an operational role
  • Strong project management methodology background
  • Conceptual knowledge or experience in Corporate Real Estate
