A property management software solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Leasing Specialist in St George.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting residents who need a work order filled out
- Answering calls from people who are looking for pricing and availability information
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to attend a two week, full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) training in St. George Utah, beginning April 16th, 2018
- A dedicated space with sufficient power supply to take calls where quality will exceed expectations is required
- A quiet, distraction-free, professional environment is required
- Ethernet connection with minimum upload/download speeds of 5 Mbps is required
- Must have a surge protector (UL1449) for protection of the company provided equipment
