Job Summary

A media company is seeking a Telecommute Legal and Compliance Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide legal review, negotiation, and database management of day-to-day contracts
  • Assist with compliance programs, including online training, gathering and monitoring certifications
  • Serve as backup counsel for other legal matters

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel as required
  • Juris Doctor degree required
  • Minimum 5 years legal and contract management experience
