Job Summary
A legal services and administration firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Legal Client Service Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of direct reports
- Manage escalations from various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Work with development teams to implement technology solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of client deliverables
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years working in a legal environment with administrative or project management
- Minimum 2 years working in project management
- Experience with file upload and document management
- Experience with system navigation and problem-solving
- Ability to identify important quality trends and to implement improvements
