Job Summary
A business software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Legal Commercial and Privacy Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategy for the Standard Contractual Clauses and Data Processing Agreement initiative
- Preparing and reviewing of the documents and management of all customer communications, responses, and queries
- Leading end to end project coordination for the initiative, including acting as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience project management/administration
- 3+ years of contract management experience, including significant experience in reviewing and negotiating Standard Contractual Clauses and Data Processing Agreements
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to schedule regular strategy and progress update meetings
- Ability to own and drive execution of project plan and deliverables
