Job Summary

A mortgage company is seeking a Telecommute Legal Compliance Quality Assurance Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
  • Facilitate and report out on the enrollment reconciliation process, ensuring sales turn into active carrier enrollments
  • Make recommendations for processes, flow charts, policies & procedures, training material, and Medicare approved call scripts

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Medicare/ Medicare Advantage Insurance presenting an excellent understanding of Medicare sales and regulatory guidelines
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with quality monitoring and proactive coaching from trend analysis and problems identification skills
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of telephony products and services
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Office 365 products/ Visio and Adobe Acrobat or .pdf exchange editor suite of products
  • Exceptional critical thinking, questioning, and listening skills; excellent attention to detail
