Job Summary

A consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Legal Contract Services Director in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing, developing, and growing a contracts team in India and potentially other locations
• Supporting sales and design solutions for new managed contract services engagements
• Coordinating with customer subject matter experts to resolve lingering contract issues

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years of commercial legal experience in an in-house legal department or with a law firm
• J.D. or LLM from accredited or internationally recognized law school with license to practice in at least one U.S. state
• Experience managing and developing people and teams, including attorneys and legal specialists
• Experience working with multinational companies, business clients and legal teams in all geographic regions
• Experience with contracting process tools and infrastructure, workflow management, and metrics
• Excellent track record in previous client support/customer service engagements
