Job Summary

A language services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Legal Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Review and negotiate all forms of contracts and third party agreements
  • Advise various business units on legal issues and risk mitigation strategies
  • Operate independently on most matters

Qualifications Include:

  • JD degree or equivalent degree or legal qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PQE
  • active license to practice law
  • Flexibility and eagerness to work on a broad range of legal matters
  • Competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
