Telecommute Legal Counsel Senior Director

Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Legal Counsel Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and mentor a fast-growing and dedicated commercial legal team
• Partner closely with sales, security, finance and other business teams on commercial and data protection-related matters
• Manage the drafting, negotiating and maintenance of various commercial and technology-related agreements

Required Skills:

• JD, with admission to at least one bar
• 8+ years of substantive commercial legal experience
• 2+ years of experience managing a team
• Practical experience in SaaS contracting and an advanced knowledge of commercial, contract and privacy law
• Experience with regulations that apply to SaaS technologies
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements typical to the technology sector
