A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Legal Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing and implementing policies, systems and scalable workflows for legal and compliance
• Providing support for several programs
• Serving as project manager and internal legal point person

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5+ years combined law firm and/or in-house legal department experience
• Active bar membership in at least one US state
• Juris Doctorate/United States law degree
• An understanding of global data privacy laws and principles, including GDPR and CCPA
• Sound and practical business judgment
