A company that provides a legal funding software platform needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Legal Funding Client Experience Case Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and advocacy
- Act as insurance expert and liaison with all insurance carriers to drive a fast and effective resolution
- Engage with technology to create efficiencies and a better personal injury experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years experience in a customer facing role with emphasis on case management, medical management, legal or financial work
