Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Legal Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding the business and legal issues faced by the Group
- Furnishing accurate and timely counsel in dispute-related matters
- Working with Group management to devise efficient litigation strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Significant experience with handling technology related commercial and intellectual property disputes and litigation
- Advanced verbal and written communication capabilities among sophisticated clients
- Member of Texas or Delaware bar, in good standing
- Graduate of a top-100 accredited law school
- Strong desire to do whatever it takes to meet the needs and expectations of the Group
