Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Legal Recruiter .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing candidates through various recruiting databases
- Conducting a high volume of prescreens and interviews
- Screening candidates to identify desired skills and experience of various job orders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting/human resources/talent acquisition, preferably in the legal industry
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
- A keen sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize a voluminous workload
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word
