Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Legal Recruiter .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Sourcing candidates through various recruiting databases
• Conducting a high volume of prescreens and interviews
• Screening candidates to identify desired skills and experience of various job orders

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting/human resources/talent acquisition, preferably in the legal industry
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
• A keen sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize a voluminous workload
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word
