An executive search and recruitment agency is in need of a Telecommute Legal Recruitment Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the selection process
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies
• Computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills
• Experience working in an applicant tracking system
• Strong social media presence
