Telecommute Legal Services Contract Analyst
Job Summary
A legal services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Legal Services Contract Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and quality check Non Disclosure / Confidentiality Agreements
- Participate in calls with our client and negotiation calls with counterparties
- Collaborate with client legal team to resolve issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Law school graduate with an active law license in at least one US jurisdiction
- 1-4 years of contracts negotiation and management experience
- Excellent understanding of NDAs within a business environment
- General understanding of a variety of business/financial contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
