A legal services technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Legal Services Solutions Onboarding Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Maintain and improve customer implementation guides
- Handle technical escalations from frontline support
- Manage and update document template libraries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years in a technical support, sales engineering, solutions architect, or web development position
- Effective communications skills and comfort presenting to all roles and levels
- Some familiarity with Ruby and/or REST APIs
