Job Summary

An educational software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Level 1 Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude and outgoing personality that inspires our clients and fellow team members
  • Assisting in resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

Qualifications for this position include:

  • An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable using online technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with the novice computer user and a high threshold of patience is needed
  • Extended hours may be required on an as-needed basis during peak times of year
