An educational software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Level 1 Customer Support Representative.

- Assisting in resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Qualifications for this position include:
- An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree
- Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable using online technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with the novice computer user and a high threshold of patience is needed
- Extended hours may be required on an as-needed basis during peak times of year
