Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Level 1 Insurance Specialist in North Richland Hills.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Receiving 70 to 100 calls per day providing exceptional customer service
• Responding to incoming customer inquiries via telephone or in writing
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving customer and client problems

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year customer service experience in a high call volume environment.
• Must be available Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows based programs and basic data entry skills
