A business process outsourcing firm has an open position for a Telecommute Level 1 Phone Customer Service Representative in the Boone Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Responding to product and service inquiries
- Processing payments, updating accounts, and up-selling customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum typing requirements of 25 wpm
- Ability to simultaneously navigate multiple PC screens and systems
- Proficient ability to read, write and speak the English language
- A clean, safe, noise-free work space
- A broadband connection with minimum download speed of 5 mbps upload speed of 1 mbps
