A radiology practice needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Level 2 IT Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying gaps of training and knowledge of the RSC team
- Ensuring proper notification of ongoing issues to the team
- Utilizing the ticketing system will document solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of technology and a basic understanding of supported products
- Experience working with hardware and networks
- Experience with voice dictation systems, like PowerScribe
- Critical thinking skills and creative problem solving
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT
- Knowledge of Radiology Flow
