Telecommute Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

A behavioral health organization is in need of a Telecommute Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Must be able to:

• Deliver therapy remotely, typically over the course of an 8 week program
• Work with patients who are suffering from behavioral issues associated with a medical or life transition
• Provide therapy via video-conference and/or phone

Required Skills:

• Must have an AZ license
• 5 years of related work history post initial LCSW in the social work field
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with adults utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approaches
• Assessment skills and proficiency in developing collaborative individualized treatment plans with patients
• Current LCSW (or state equivalent) in good standing and malpractice insurance
• Private home office with computer, webcam and dependable internet access
