A digital transformation company has an open position for a Telecommute Licensed Health Insurance Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving inbound phone calls from prospects
- Making outbound phone calls to prospects
- Building relationship and establishing rapport with the caller
Qualifications for this position include:
- Health Insurance License in resident state
- Minimum one year previous customer service or 1 year call center experience
- High school diploma
- 1 year of post-secondary education and/or 2 years continuous active Life and Health License
- Proficient PC skills
- Typing skills of 30+ WPM with 90% accuracy
