Job Summary

A digital transformation company has an open position for a Telecommute Licensed Health Insurance Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving inbound phone calls from prospects
  • Making outbound phone calls to prospects
  • Building relationship and establishing rapport with the caller

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Health Insurance License in resident state
  • Minimum one year previous customer service or 1 year call center experience
  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of post-secondary education and/or 2 years continuous active Life and Health License
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Typing skills of 30+ WPM with 90% accuracy
