Core Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving inbound phone calls from prospects
• Determining eligibility
• Building relationship and establishing rapport with caller to gain trust

Qualifications Include:

• Health Insurance License in resident state
• 1 to 2 years continuous active Health License
• High school diploma
• Typing skills of 30+ WPM with 90% accuracy
• Action oriented, takes initiative, and seizes opportunities when they arise to meet defined objectives
• Ability to use critical thinking skills to overcome customer objections
