Job Summary
A contact management centers solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Licensed Insurance Call Center Sales Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls demonstrating product knowledge and benefits
- Cross sell products associated with insurance coverage
- Generate new insurance quotes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License in your resident state
- 1-year of call center experience or, 1-year of experience at an insurance agency
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Highly driven with sales goals
- Comfortable using primarily e-mail and chat to communicate with colleagues daily
