Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Licensed Mental Health Advocate.
Must be able to:
- Focus on initial inpatient admission for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
- Make patient assessments and determining appropriate levels of care
- Manage inpatient mental health cases throughout the entire treatment plan
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage/Family Counseling, Licensed Ph.D., or RN with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
- 2+ years post Masters or RN experience in a related mental health environment
- Licenses must be active and unrestricted in CA
- Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must live in the state of California
