Job Summary
A health services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Licensed Outpatient Utilization Review Behavioral Care Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Focus on outpatient Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare behavioral health services
- Conduct outpatient utilization reviews to determine appropriate care
- Shape member treatment in partnership with providers to ensure best practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Master's Degree – Independent Level Clinician in Psychology, Social Work, or similar
- Outpatient psychotherapy and community-based treatment experience
- Independent licensure and eligible for multiple state licensing
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Have a distraction-free space in home to use as a home office
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience (post licensure) in a related mental health is ideal
