Job Summary

A real estate and property management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Licensed Senior Mortgage Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships to retain existing business and attract new business
• Delivering a streamlined lending experience
• Prospecting company generated new leads/appts and converting into new business

Qualifications Include:

• Active MLO License (CA, TX, GA, FL preferred)
• 3-5 years of mortgage origination experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
• Single family investment loan experience mandatory
• Strong working knowledge for both purchase and refinance loans
• Excellent and effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency with Google Suite, Salesforce CRM, and loan management systems
