Job Summary

A healthcare business has an open position for a Telecommute Licensed Telesales Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers/members
• Assisting customers/members in selecting a product that best meets their needs
• Making outbound calls to prospective members to follow up on product questions

Qualifications Include:

• Resident/Non-Resident Life and Health license in OR and WA
• Can also be actively licensed in home state with ability to get nonresident for OR and WA
• AHIP Certification (or the ability to quickly renew/obtain)
• Minimum 1-year experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage healthplan telesales
• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
