Job Summary

A media company is in need of a Telecommute Licensing Media and Marketing Partnerships Business Affairs Counsel .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide variety of marketing and public relations contracts
• Facing public copy, including sponsorship agreements, vendor agreements, advertising, statements of work, nondisclosure agreements, and websites
• Supporting the Head of Business Affairs in drafting, negotiating, strategic planning, and executive counseling

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including great attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Great multi-tasker with excellent judgment
• Ability to prioritize as necessary to effectively meet deadlines
• Desire and ability to work closely and collaboratively with legal and business team members while proactively and independently taking ownership of projects
