Job Summary

A healthcare-oriented financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Life Coach.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide employees with life hacks
  • Utilize professional training programs/systems
  • Collaborate with employees to assist with goal setting

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel between multiple office locations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Psychology (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of Life coach experience and Coaching Certification(s)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act in employee and company’s best interests
  • Ability to motivate and change individual behavior and assist individuals to achieve a high level of success
  • Must possess empathy as well as ability to think analytically
