Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Life Coach in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering inbound calls from members and assist them with questions on the program material
  • Scheduling monthly follow up sessions with members to assess learnings and review progress
  • Identifying sales opportunities to retain and grow our business through your ability to advise and offer our clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs via the telephone

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years customer service experience
  • Post-secondary studies in coaching to success, leadership or mentorship programs
  • Experience in upsell environment
  • Expert listening skills
  • Coaching background within a company or with clients
  • Ability to quickly respond to member inquires and look for opportunities to promote/sell products and services
