Job Summary

A legal firm is in need of a Telecommute Life Insurance Attorney.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze laws and legal contracts
  • Review member service team legal requests
  • Review and provide guidance regarding powers of attorney

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 or more years of legal experience within Life Insurance
  • 5 or more years of experience handling claims best practices and procedures
  • 5 or more years of experience interpreting legal documents
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in at least 1 U.S. jurisdiction
