Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm is seeking a Telecommute Life Sciences Contract Manager in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing, interpreting and analyzing contract and service agreements
• Responding to customer inquires pertaining to modifications of existing contracts
• Preparing and evaluating proposals for new or continuation of existing contracts

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
• Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training
• Working experience with business law, contracting principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
