Job Summary
A furniture company is filling a position for a Telecommute Light Industrial Contract Recruiter in Tamarac.
Must be able to:
- Screen candidates proactively through advanced talent identification techniques
- Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow
- Manage multiple searches supporting several recruiters at any time
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and ATS Systems
- LinkedIn Certification preferred
- Familiar with Boolean search, Google AdWords, organic search, and SEO
