Telecommute Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Telecommute Litigation Attorney.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Analyzing claims/litigation to effectively participate in decisions related to resolution strategy
• Managing relationships with outside counsel, directing strategy for litigation
• Assisting in all aspects of litigation

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience of corporate law including directly relevant litigation experience
• Experience overseeing or advising on e-discovery and records management
• Be admitted to one state bar or qualified to practice law in the United States
• Ability to interact comfortably with executives and senior management
• Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under tight deadlines
• Broad Knowledge of commercial disputes
