Job Summary
A legal services company is in need of a Telecommute Litigation Auditor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing each case file for required documentation
- Analyzing the litigation stage of each case, anticipated timeframe of case resolution, and likely outcome
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years experienced insurance defense attorney
- Extensive experience in managing case files for an insurance carrier
- Understanding of what the carrier and claims department needs to see in the file
- Experience in-house, managing attorneys across multiple jurisdictions, or working on claims in-house
