Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Litigation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling assigned claims involving litigation and settles within authority
- Reviewing and evaluating claims to determine coverage and appropriate handling
- Directing or conducting additional investigation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to attend arbitration, mediation, trial and other court functions as required
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, required
- 6-8 years of prior claims handling experience, including litigation activities, or equivalent, required
- Appropriate license as required by state
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
