Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Litigation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling assigned claims involving litigation and settles within authority
  • Reviewing and evaluating claims to determine coverage and appropriate handling
  • Directing or conducting additional investigation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to attend arbitration, mediation, trial and other court functions as required
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, required
  • 6-8 years of prior claims handling experience, including litigation activities, or equivalent, required
  • Appropriate license as required by state
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
