Job Summary
A business process management solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Live Chat Support Agent in the Peoria Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering or recording for follow up the technical and sales inquiries of customers
- Acting as the front line consultant providing support for customers
- Assisting customers via live web chat
Qualifications Include:
- Able to type minimum 45WPM
- HS Diploma or GED
- Outstanding communication and listening ability
- Minimum of 6 consecutive months of employment history and customer service experience
- Strong sense of customer service
- Computer skills/proficient
