Job Summary
A company that provides storage, moving technology, and transportation services is filling a position for a Telecommute Live Transportation Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide support for our movers over the phone
- Use internal tools to dispatch and schedule orders for our field teams to complete
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to prioritize, coordinate and apply resources
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar, customer-facing role
- Experience or understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team
- Consistent track record of success
- Ability to have passion for technology and respect for the process
- Ability to be a self-starter
- Ability to be a strong communicator who enjoy building rapport with other stakeholders and resolving complex issues
