Job Summary
A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is in need of a Telecommute Loan Advisor Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating application processing
- Proactively communicating with all parties about loan statuses
- Aiding in the development of a customer database
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ year customer service experience
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support activities
- Excellent time management, customer relations, prioritization and organization skills
- Proven computer skills with knowledge of Windows based applications, including Microsoft Office
