Job Summary

A loan and mortgage company is filling a position for a Telecommute Loan and Mortgage Services Condo Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing condo projects for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
  • Reviewing all budget, reserves, insurance coverage and deductibles
  • Processing Project Eligibility Waivers when needed

Required Skills:

  • Experience with FNMA/FHLMC Condo Project requirements
  • Understanding of FNMA and FHLMC project review guidelines
  • Proficient in typing and utilization of Microsoft software
