Job Summary

A financial services is filling a position for a Telecommute Loan Compliance Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with building out and administering the company’s compliance management system
• Develop, document, and monitor controls and audit procedures
• Ensure of accurate and compliant internal loan origination and servicing processes

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in internal compliance/audit and/or external compliance/audit experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or equivalent field of study
• OR high school diploma with equivalent experience
• Sound knowledge of banking/lending industry and regulatory requirements
• Basic understanding of financial regulation, applicable Federal regulatory agencies, and bodies
• Basic understanding of applicable Federal consumer financial laws and applicable state law
