Job Summary
An equal housing opportunity lender that offers a variety of loans is seeking a Telecommute Loan Delivery Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Perform post closing pre-delivery audit of loan files
- Ensure data integrity within post closing systems
- Escalate loans within allotted timeframe that may not be investor compliant
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of post closing loan delivery/sales experience
- 2+ years of quality assurance experience
- 1+ years of loan processing, document preparation, and/or underwriting experience
- 1+ years of government insuring experience
- RESPA 2018 & TRID knowledge
