Job Summary
A mortgage services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Loan Originator and Title Examiner in Irving.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review real estate title reports pursuant to company guidelines for approval or rejection
- Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and process all order types and folders for the Title Underwriting Department
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven typing/data entry skills, minimum 45 wpm with 95% accuracy
- Possession of good communication and customer service skills
- Proven knowledge of real estate terminology
- Ability to research and resolve discrepancies
- Ability to maintain accurate individual records and logs
