Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Loan Processing Specialist in Boston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing, origination, servicing, guaranty purchasing and/or liquidating
- Reviewing and analyzing requests from direct borrowers or requests from participant lenders
- Analyzing financial statements (using cash flow projections and ratio analysis) as necessary to detect trends
Position Requirements Include:
- Conducts interviews with borrowers and lenders and counsels them on SBA's practices
- Requires knowledge and skill in analysis, evaluation and problem solving
- Must have thorough knowledge of the financial and credit factors
