Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Loan Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform all underwriting and sales functions for dedicated purpose loans
• Determine product fit based on a consumer's needs and capabilities
• Build strong rapport and relationships with consumers/customers

Qualifications Include:

• Incumbents will be required to attend in-person team development/training meetings
• Ability to evaluate a variety of factors to make a prudent loan decision
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Superior verbal/written communication skills
• Outstanding customer engagement skills via the phones
• Willingness to ask probing questions during the customer development process
