Job Summary

A locksmith services company is in need of a Telecommute Locksmith Services Customer Experience Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Answer incoming calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions
  • Establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven experience in providing excellent service to customers
  • 1+ year experience in a call center environment or a satisfactory equivalent
  • High School graduation or passed a High School Equivalency Program
  • Love talking to people and can stay calm when our customers are not
  • Know how to manage your time & multitask
