Job Summary

A provider of transportation and logistics services is in need of a Telecommute Logistics Coordinator in the Broomfield Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing, monitoring, and managing critical customer shipments for customers in various industries
  • Handling incoming customer requests via phone, email and website
  • Communicating with customers and agents in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
  • Requirements At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Be proficient in: Microsoft-Word, Excel, Outlook & data entry and type 30 WPM
