Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Long Term Care Pharmacist Consultant in the Champaign Area.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate pharmaceutical services within a long term care facility
  • Assist the facility to identify,evaluate, and address/resolve pharmacy-related concerns and issues
  • Provide quarterly reports reflecting facility-level drug utilization and clinical management trends

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel to homes in and around the Champaign/Decatur area
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy
  • License to practice pharmacy that is in good standing in the state of IL
