Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Long Term Care Review Nurse in Rancho Cucamonga.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing concurrent and retrospective reviews for medical necessity
  • Ensuring that the concurrent or retrospective review process includes referring cases that require physician review
  • Identifying complex cases in preparation for rounding with the Medical Director

Required Skills:

  • Must have a valid California Driver's License
  • Two or more years of utilization management/case management in a health care delivery setting
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Possession of an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by the California BRN
